Msn messenger help error code 81000306

Hey, this msn error just popped up 2 days ago and since then I haven't been able to sign in, my msn was working perfect until 2 days ago, I haven't installed anything or whatever so the problem can't be a newly installed program.
I've tried disabling my firewall [zone alarm] but I still get the error, I don't see how msn can mess up overnight when I've editted nothing on the pc. Can anyone help please?

Have you upgraded? I know that they released a newer build that you MUST have in order to sign on. Chedck that out to make sure you have the newest build.

I have no idea, it's 8.0 and freshly downloaded from the official site. Ugh help anyone?

Hmm, I somehow fixed the problem by installing an older version - 7.5.

Didn't know what was the problem anyway but thanks for all the help guys
