How do i go about uninstalling this anoying servace once and for all?

Start>Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs, find the program in the list and click the Change/Remove button

There is a simple copy and paste code to remove it.

>> Run

>> Paste this code in and hit ok.

rundll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %systemRoot%\INF\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove

>> Reboot
