Angry MSconfig prob

I have windows 2000 pro just cleanly installed. I can access services.msc but I can't get "msconfig" utility. I've been wanting to open this utility to shut down certain programs that you can't shutdown or dissable through services.msc. How do I access "msconfig" utility cause it can't be found. If anyone know please let me know.

Not sure but i don't think 2000 lets you do it like that like XP. I've experienced the same thing. anyone else got any ideas?

Windows 2000 doesn't come with MSCONFIG by default. See here for more information.

You can get TweakUI which you can use to stop programs from starting up or enable them to start up, plus several other useful things.

Get it here:
