I have all this crap from MS installed, is all this actually useful? What can I get rid of?

is tis a work PC or something? thats some pretty heavy duty stuff you got there...

Sql server and visual C++ aren't going to do you any good really unless you're and IT prefessional.. a developer/programmer

That is what i figured. All this stuff installed itself after I downloaded the office thing from

Indeed the office package is not aimed for home users, so I will uninstall of that stuff. I won't be needing it for some time

uncheck the show update option too
