When I start Publisher the workspace and color palettes are all black. I can not change them. I have reinstalled and nothing. I have the latest updates for XP and Publisher, still nothing. I saw a person on MS community forums with a the same problem...No responses. I do have a saved publisher document and I can open it and everything is fine. I can not start anything new. Does MS have some sort of security lock-out with one of the latest XP upgrades.
