for some reason i dont see it on my computer and same with like the card games and stuff any reason why??

or how to get them

Hmm... I have xp pro and I don't have paint or any card games either. The games I don't care about but Paint was kind of a handy program to have.

Try going to Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs->Add/Remove Windows Components and see if you can add it there.

Yep, they have to added/deleted as components.
