That depends on the mobo i guess. Cause mine isnt in my chipset drivers. :S

Well, there's a readme file with the chipset update, and that has a troubleshooting section.

I found this in it:

Issue:
USB devices no longer work correctly after you
install the Intel Chipset Software Installation
Utility in Windows XP or in Windows Server 2003.

Solution:
A recommended fix has been provided by Microsoft
in Knowledge Base article(921411). For additional
information, please refer to the KB article located
at USB devices no longer work correctly after you install the Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility in Windows XP or in Windows Server 2003

Please use the following installation procedures:
- Windows XP or Windows Server 2003 installed
- QFE (921411) installed
- Latest Intel(R) Chipset Device Software

I'm going to go try that now. ^^
