Default more memory

I installed limewire a couple of days ago, but after only two days started getting problems. My computer was really slow and sometimes did not connect to the internet at all.
Some one told me that because i've installed a lot of software my ram memory is to full and this was the reason I was having this problem. At the moment i'm using betwwen 75 and 80% of my memory. Could someone tell me if this is the reason i'm having problems. I've uninstalled limewire and the computer seems to be working fine. If this is the problem how do I go about installing more memory.

Yep, simply put you are! Now theres a couple things you can do to free up ram, turn of system restore, put your file paging size on your hard drive up, and make sure that windows is looking after your virtual memory correctly.

Other than that buy more memory, or dont have so many applications open.

Windows Loaded .... System In Danger.

Keyboard Not Found .... Press F9 To Continue.
