that was a ram error issue. I personally put heat shields on the sides of my ram if they are 512 or more as they can get hot and overheat

well idk since i can't boot it up now. When i plug the PSU into the power outlet the power flashs on and off. like it flashs on for a second and then 3 seconds later does it again? is it a PSU issue?

You can, on most sticks, see how big the stick is.
