Hey there are several monitoring programs available, but most(all?) of them are marked as spyware.

I have 2 questions:

1) Is it safe to be used (ex:Sending information to somebody else)
2) If so any programs you can advise me to use?

My reason because I want to use a monitoring program is because I want to see what programs change in my register and what files it adds so that if I want to delete a program I can check my logs and delete every key from the register because Registry Cleaners don't delete everything.

Thanks!

registry monitor and file montior by sysinternals would do this but it would require a lot of manual work.

i owned a app cleansweep by quarterdeck. This app did exactly what your asking for.

Windows 2000 is also outdatted but people still use it and some even say it's the best Windows OS out there yet ;) .

Who cares how old it is if it does the job.

regview. You can actually use it to do removals if you want, but you have to buy the product if you want all it's abilities...
