Is there anyway that i can monitoring what other pc is doing? I mean what type of software they are running on the pc

all u just do are take that person's comp and see wat are in there lolz, or alternatively just ask , just joking ,

i think the admin doesn't allow to ask or reply that kind of questions

There is no specific way to do it. That would involve hacking and key loggers. Which among most places is considered illegal. Best bet is to ask the Admin of the PC. If it is on your network then just disconnect it. Dont allow it to connect to the net.
