Quite often, in received mail, I get the following group of symbols where an apostrophe should be :- ’ . Then, in other mail, there will be the following symbol :-  , preceding a legitimate £ sign. At first I thought it meant Australian £s, but then realised that the price quoted was Stirling.
Might this be a fault of my computer, or is it as sent ?
