openoffice. it works with word documents; not sure if you can use word to open that type tho if you should want to print somewhere

I downloaded openoffice and it says the installation file is corrupt?

tried it 2 more times and got the same thing

Any ideas?

try re downloading it...it may have been corrupted in the download.

Ok it works and I love it !!!

It is awesome!!!! I like it better than MS office, and it's free

I will be trying some others though, I'm getting into the third party (free) stuff !

Try star office, very similar to microsoft word, my school uses it
