Microsoft VB error in Word 2000

I'm bringing the users' p.c. back to the office for breakfix today...i'll keep an eye out for more posts from you and keep you updated. I'd rather try and fix the problem instead of re-imaging the box. This way I'll know what to do in the future, sometimes the easy road isn't the best path to take...but sometimes it's the most efficient. lol

O.K., so I burned the midnight oil last night and spent sometime (that I wish I could get back) on the phone with the ever so helpful Microsoft reps...after 20 minutes they tell me that I've got to pay so I naturally said "Nope", lol. I was preparing to reload the O.S. and I got the bright idea to do a repair install first...well, it worked. Thanks for all of the help on this guys and I look forward to working with you all again!
