Microsoft to release new version of Windows [codename BLUE] this summer 2013

Microsoft announced today a proposed release of a new version of Microsoft Windows [codename BLUE].

Target date for release will be this summer.

Apparently it will entail an extensive update to Windows 8 that brings more improvements than a basic Service Pack, without being a full new version of the OS.

They want to release what i assume is a service pack as an operating system? We are not going to make up for their unbelievably stupid mistake called windows 8 by buying another OS.

It's basically what Apple does now with OSX. They release "upgrades" for a smaller price than re-releasing a new version of the OS.
