Microsoft is currently distributing the Microsoft Office 2007 Service Pack 2 to various download mirrors in their network of sites to be prepared for a release later today. Notable changes include support for the Open Document format which means the ability to open, save and edit files of the types Open Document Text (odt), Open Document Spreadsheet (ods) and Open Document Presentations (odp).
