That's my point: Find the driver for the DVD drive. Look at the laptop website.

Ive looked everywhere for the driver and cant find it. its a Pioneer DVR-K17LF. ive checked both the Pioneer and Toshiba (my laptop) and nothing.

Are you sure that you have the drive in the BIOS set to read from the DVD drive first?
