Merge 3 partitions into 1

I got my hard-drive partitioned into 4 NTFS partitions. I would like to merge the last 3 (d, e, f). My windows xp is installed on c. I would like to merge them into 1 single partition without loosing the data, as I am unable to back them up. Can anyone recommend me a tool which I can use in order to do this without any risk of loosing the data?
