What you can do is use memtes86 and test one stick at a time.

The latest version of Memtest 86 can check several gb, it just does it in sections, like the first few hundred mb, then the next, and so on... so...

ive downloaded memtest86 before but it said 64bit is not supported. but i'll try it again. thanks.

Use MemTest86 LiveCD version. Just burn the ISO to a CD and then boot from it. Dont need it to be 64 Bit compatible if you use it as a bootable CD.
