Unhappy The memory couldn't be written

I have this msg displayed whenever i log into windows xp sp2.
it says wlhfrpzx5.exe the instruction at 0x77c2a629 reference memory at 0x000000008. The memory couldn't be written .
After i log in , suddenly like after 15 minutes , my pc restarts automatically ...
please help me

run spyware/virus scan. that exe looks like malware.

Uninstall the SP2 before you do anything...
If the problem persists.. check out the spyware

The exe doesn't google..... which means that either you are the FIRST person to ever get it or.... its not a spyware/adware/virus/anything else im forgetting....(in my experience)
