Default Media Center and TV

OK. We got new TV month ago. 37inc/ LCD

So I want to connect PC to TV. So I can use the Media Center on TV.
Any one know how to set all this up?
I tried to connect PC and TV using those white, yellow and red wire. But nothing.

Does your TV have a VGA or DVI plug? That's like the only way you'll be able to get decent resolutions on to your TV.

use the s-video on your video card. if you have nvidia card use the pure video decoder to play video. ati, use vivo

these programs use hardware instead of software to play video, netting better performance
