there is no software to make XP pro run like XP media centre.

Why not buy XP media centre?

Also, if its an old PC, why are you installing XP on it?

1. I have heard of software that can run media center like software on XP
2. Budget problems have prevented me from buying windows media center
3. Because I got ahold of an old computer that is small enough. It still has a p4, and I have throw a pirate version of XP pro on it...
