ME/98 Install Way to SLOW

OK, I got an old used Dell P2 233Mhz machine and I am tring to get ME or 98 installed. The problem is that the installation process is way to slow, the estimated install time is like 450 minutes! This all started after I installed another hard drive to it, before the installation progress was fine. Should I let it install overnight or take out the second hard drive?

Well, I'd take out the second hard drive and then add it after the install.

Just curious--how would you know the installation process turned "slow" after you added the second drive? (Did you install Windows, add the drive, and are trying to again?)

Anyhow, yeah...be sure to format the drive, and if the second is causing it to be slow...well, obviously up to you if you want to wait it out or go the 'fast route'...!
