MCE 2005 Starts to play tv then freezes

I loaded MCE2005 on my Dell Dem 4700, a Hauppage WinTV-PVR 250, at first I got a decoder error, so I loaded PureVideo Decoder and now I get viedo and sound for about.... 3 seconds then it freezes... Anybody have any ideas for me

How fast is the proc? Is it atlreast 1.2 ghz?

The first nvidia coder should be 4.00.29 or higher I beleive.

ya, the first update brings me to Intervideo's site, and I can't find anything there, and the last one doesn't have the update option, it's greyed out. right now I've got the lastest ver of purevideo installed, I loaded it yesterday.
