Default MBM5 and MSI P6N

Is there a way I can configure Motherboard Monitor 5 to work with my MSI P6N SLI Platinum mobo in spite of it not being on the 'supported' list? I don't think MBM5 has been updated since 2004... is there anything newer out there that would work?

All I really want at this point is the ability to read my core temp and relay it to Sysmetrix.

EDIT: OK, I got MBM5 to read my core temps using an updated module and a Core 2 plugin. HOWEVER, MBM5 reads the cores 0 and 1 as Sensor 9 and 10 respectively, and Sysmetrix only takes sensor readings from MBM up to Sensor 8. Is there any workaround for this?
