Maximizing/Minimizing Windows

Hello. By default my computer seems to always have windows..limited in size then I have to maximize those windows usally to read. Is there anyway to set it up so if I click on a web site that the Window thay shows up will be maximized?

Try strecthing the window instead. It should pop up next time the same size.
