Default Maximize/minimize keyboard shortcuts

In Windows XP, does anyone know keyboard shortcuts to minimize/maximize a window, instead of having to use the mouse all the time?

[windows]+m -- Minimize all windows
[windows]+d -- Shows Desktop

not sure what the difference is though.

To get your windows back up

hold alt and hit tab until the icon is highlighting the window you want up

Thanks. What about maximizing or minimizing ONE window at a time?

There isn't a short key that I know of for one window. It's all or nothing from what I know. and I know a lot of the shortcuts, cause I don't like using a mouse...

Windows key + M minimizes the active window, Windows key + D minimizes every window.

Well seeing that site you could [windows]+tab until the window that you want open is highlighted then hit the spacebar.
