A AnthraX Daemon Poster Messages 969 Aug 30, 2005 #2 From my knowledge of the subject, 60hz doesn't mean a cap of 60FPS in games. The game it self puts a cap on the max FPS. And no XP/2000 dont limit refresh rates to 60hz. Mine is currently 75hz.
