mapping a drive in a different profile

Here is my deal. Lately a lot of users have been needing drives mapped, but they are not here to log me in to there profile to map it. I could reset there domain login and log in myself under there user name, but i dont feel like it because a lot of also work virtually and i would screw them over.

Is there a way i can map a drive undere there profile? I have domain local admin rights to all machines.

I was thinking, maybe hacking one of there profile files and inputting the mapped drive in, but i dont kno what file to mess with,
