Question Manage the bandwidth?

I don't know how to say this but I'll try.
I always listen to online music when I'm downloading st from the Internet. But sometimes, the download program use all of the bandwidth so I can't listen to music at the same time. Is there any way to manage the bandwidth? I mean, can I provide bandwidth for any programs which connect to the Internet myself?

Happy to help or to be helped :)

what you want is called DU super controler. it has a 15 day trial, $15 to buy. pay extra special attention to the installation instructions especially in winXP. it is a bit tricky, just keep clicking continue, don't cancel. the program is very easy to use.
