The difference with the Legal and Illegal copies are much different. You can't get the updates or download anything that has the Varified file check from M$. Or is there a way around that?

As for the verified checking, many sites hosts the files themselves so there's no point.

with the illegal vista you dont even need tpatches only the PDX OEM Bios emulation tool, or just use the NOPE version that doesnt need anything install it and its already activated

ughh perhaps you are forgetting the most important part..and forgive my network administrator/corporate scum/IT auditor side for coming out..cause I say what happens at home is fair game

An Illegal copy is just that..its pirated..its a civil offense up to $150,000 in fines and a crime of the law with up to $250,000 in fines and up to 5 years in jail. Just like pirating a movie pretty much.
