Default making an all in one disk

i got XP,Ubuntu,vista and many others on disks and ISO's. i want to put a few on one DVD but still have it bootable. can this be done? ill also need a way of choosing which setup to run.
i have a few burning/ISO utills like nero6,ashampoo burning studio,ultra iso,and dvd decrypter.

thanks wares exactly what i need except, what about my linux distros? this guide only covers MS OS's.

not sure about that, you might have to experiment with it, replacing MS with Linux

hmm ill have a go, coz i kinda wanted a DVD with XP,Ubuntu,Debian,Puppy linux and maybe vista on it. thats another point can you rip a single version of vista from an AIO disk, say i just want ultimate can i rip that from the AIO disk and add it to my custom DVD?
