Make music library match iTunes

Over the last few years, I've been getting music and putting it in my Windows Music library and then into iTunes. If I stop listening to a song regularly, I'll delete it from iTunes but not from my Windows library. This has left my Windows library containing a lot of music which I no longer listen to.

Next month I'm building a new PC, and would like to transfer ONLY those songs that are in my iTunes library (not the ones I've deleted from there but kept on my PC).

Is it possible to separate those MP3 files which are on iTunes and those which are not?

Thanks

I wonder... Maybe you could change the default save location of your iTunes library and then consolidate it (through iTunes) there? I know in the older iTunes you could "consolidate" the library, which copies everything that's stored in random locations to the default save location in iTunes. Probably worth a try.
