Make the background random every startup?

I want to make the background a random pic from a specified folder everytime windows starts up.
Is this possible?
I have VB6, if it's not possible to do it with just windows, maybe you can help me do it with that?

Not the best way ever, but you could make an HTML file that chooses a random image evry time a page loads, and then set that for your active desktop. Try places like http://www.dynamicdrive.com or http://www.javascriptkit.com for a code that will do this.

Oh, I use Style XP, but that isn't free.
