Ok this is what basically happened.
I had DSO exploit. I decided to follow some instrucitons to remove it, and i also installed spy bot search and destroy. After trying to fix this problem, I messed up my computer and cannot revert the settings. I cannot view the status of my network connections, I right click on my network places and click on properties, jack happens, and i double click in control panel and try to double click network connections nothing happens. And this is what happens when i right click on it.
So some people said run system restore. I cannot run system restore because it doesn't allow me to see previous dates, i click the arrows jack happens.
Also before I didn't try to remove the DSO exploit, my internet would work, but at times IE explorer would not work. My port 80 was messed up and could not be used some reason, but all other ports would work. Anyways I DO NOT WANT TO REFORMAT!!
