The magic button

Hi!

I have a multipurpose partition with xp.
Sometimes I use this OS/partition for digital recordings (DAW), and I would like to have the maximum recourses available.

Is it possible/easy to make a small bit of code and attach it to a button on my desktop, doing the following:

• Log of other users (1 other user)
• Close my internetconnection
• Exit my anti-virus-program (AVG)

I'm not a programmer. Is it difficult?
