It could possibly have something to do with spyware or maybe a virus.. if you don't already have them, i'd suggest getting a virus scanner and a spyware removal tool, just to be safe.

Well I deleted it and so far no problems, except when I reboot, as windows is loading my screen goes blank for a second or two and then everything continues fine.

WOW,

It found a bunch of crap. Mostly cookie trackers though. Now I feel over potected. lol

I can recommend Spybot for the detection & removal off Spyware.
