Yes i did. I even spent an hour actually adding up the folders and files sizes( after running attrib) directly in the windows folder and getting roughly 4 GB.

Well then it sounds like there is a glitch in your system. while i did not ifnd anything on your log it seems that TechPro did. As he will have instructions for you shortly.

Maybe try to use a restore point or repair install.

finished running guide. Still the same. This pc never goes on the internet.

Repair install seems my only other option. Thanks.

Techpro has deemed my machine clean. Any other ideas before I try repair install?
Oh and reformat is out of the question. There is a program on here that only a vendor can reinstall, and since my company was too cheap to get a service contract it will cost about 5,000 usd to reinstall.
