Unless GIMP can do it which i think it can then no.


There are some right there. But Photoshop adn Fireworks are teh best.

Dunno if GIMP has tweening or not, but I'm pretty sure it can animate.

Also, IIRC Bink & Smacker can convert video files into still images and vice-versa. Look for a download of RAD Video Tools to try it. It can't save as animated .gifs, however, only as AVI/BIK/MPEG

Just torrent it. I torrented Photoshop CS3, didnt like it, so I went back and torrented Photoshop CS2
