Looking for a server based EMS software

I'm looking for a server based program that can store information such as EMS calls, map them and merge them into a program like simply accounting to create invoices and reference them to vendors via Excel. I have tried Tickets, is there anything thing else, open and closed source.

So you want a software that can convert voice to strings and put the data in a spread sheet?

So you basically want a way to transcribe speech into a document then?

Is there a reason it needs to be a spreadsheet? Not quite sure what you mean by invoices as well...

No. Not transcribe voice. It's too complicated. It's for a dispatching company. So I create a template that tells me the vendor, its location, the problem and maps out the area in which the customer is calling from.

A customer calls us(a truck driver for example), he tells us he has a flat tire) we call a vendor and they help the truck driver repair the tire. The vendor invoices us, then we invoice the truck driver. I would like to integrate all of this within Excel and Simply accounting and store all of the vendor information alphabetically.

Xampp was the name of software.

XAMPP is just a server package for Apache, MySQL, PHP and Perl.
