Well I'll tell you that this is Longhorn 5048 and they are breaking microsofts rules regardling longhorn. Shawn did it is possible microsoft is not working on the skin and icons at this time and they are working on WinFS Avolon and Indigo and not the actuall theme set at this time the code is more important than the skin and that site given is an illegal site.

Check my guide to Longhorn, looking at illegal pictues will not help you I suspect that site will be closed if too many learn about it anyway.
