Hello,
Have XP SP3, all of a sudden, asking me to login, never did it before. When I went to User Accounts and tried to change the way we login, it says:
"A recently installed program has disabled the welcome screen and fast user switching. To restore these features, you must unistall the program. The following name might help you identify the program: msgina.dll".
I remember this happened before and all I had to do was delete a registry entry, but I forgot which one.

I think I found the fix: Error message "A recently installed program has disabled the Welcome screen and Fast User Switching" while turning on the Welcome Screen
