Default logoff batch file

If this has been covered elsewhere, somebody please link me.
I want to set up a .bat to run every night for my users that don't bother to log off the computer. Corporate sends out updates, policy changes etc. that require the user to log off or the PC to be rebooted to take effect. Since we use Novell, I can't go with any Windows GPO but Novell has the ability to do similar tasks. Now I just have to create a .bat that will log off the user, (or reboot the PC) without asking for confirmation first. And I ain't good at writing scripts. I am sure this is simple for those with the knowledge. Thanks in advance.

If your equation requires either a complex combination of variables to get the desired result OR you can't seem to get the result regardless of the variables....it ain't your variables, it's your constant.
