Ok, my computer was working fine until a few days ago. Suddenly, when i turned it on Friday afternoon, it got to the welcome screen fine, but when I clicked on my icon to log on, it seemed fine, but then it would not log me on. I didn't recieve any error message or anything. The computer didn't freeze either. I hit Ctrl-Alt-Delete and I logged off, and tried the other two accounts, but the same problem happened. I tried logging on again under my account, same thing happened. So i restarted, and the same problem. The thing is, if i wait for a few minutes it logs on. I can sorta speed it up by going to the task manager and ending a few processes and it works "faster." Now once I got on, I logically did a virus scan and spyware scan. The virus scan came up empty and all i got with my spyware was a few tracking cookies. I use AVG and Ad-Aware. When I finally get into windows, I can log out and switch users without any problems, but until i first get in is when the problem is. Anyone have any idea what could be wrong?

Here is a Hijack-this log if it helps:

well it seems like something in the startup...did you try all three startups? disabled everything?

Im assuming you mean the 3 startup options in msconfig, right?

In diagnostic it works fine, same with safe mode.
Selective and normal give me the problems.

Once I log in sucessfully, however, I have no problems logging out and logging back in.

Sometimes I can try to log in, then log out through the task manager, and try again with another account and it works, but not always.

On a side note, every time i restart, either a hard restart or from windows, it promps me to check the consistency of my F: and G: partitions. I'm deleting the F: partition cuz there is nothing on it, but i wonder if this has anything to do with my problems.
