some geeky kids might know enough to get the Ultimate Boot CD and use the off line registry editor. Getting into a windows pc is really simple with that


Then they can get into the parents account without the need for a password. They can have admin privileges

Yes but that won't work if you put a User and Administrator BIOS password on it. Only supervisors can use Boot CD's although in some cases it's just easier to use the admin password.
