Default little helpwith winXP

ok, I caught gf in a lie, and I want to write her a note and show her the evidence. I wanted to know how I can make a hyperlink to another place on my computer, and I don't want the link to look like C:documents and settings/.... , I just want it be a name or phrase evidence. I know it's possible, I just don't know how to do it. please and thanks!!!
