license aqusistion ( wtf?????)

ok, everytime i play a music video, i have a dialog box come up saying something about license aqusistion, then a IE window opens. the dialog box says you have downloaded this file, click ok to play the file. this happens in windows media player 9. how do i turn that off/ prevent it from happening?

Is it the same video or diffrent ones? becuase if it was the one video the IE window could be inbeded....great idea on there part :/
