I have a Laptop, Compaq Model 1255.
The text on the monitor is not right.
The best way I can explain what I see on the
monitor is to describe individual letters and what
they look like. For example here is the letter n,
but on my laptop monitor it still looks like n but the
right side of the letter is heavier (like bold).
Here is another example: this is the letter k,
but on my laptop the < part of the k is okay, but
the vertical part is heavier (like bold).
One more example: Here is the letter a in capitals A,
but on my laptop the ^ part of the capital A is okay,
but the horizontal part is heavier (like bold).
Anybody out there have some idea of what is causing this?
Thank you.
