Default Kernel-Power 41 Task 63

Hello!
Forced to ask for help in connection with this problem: Periodically, my computer was attacked by this evil event, but not often, and it was only when the PC worked for a very, very long time, and a few days ago it started to freeze due to this error almost every 20 -30 minutes, moreover in games in the first 5-10 minutes. I already changed the drivers of the video card, and cleaned my pc's box, and did all kinds of manipulations with power consumption, and with usb devices too - nothing helps.
Here, for example, is one of the reports (I have a lot of them, they are no different from this, except for the PowerButtonTimestamp line, which has zero in other cases):
- <Event xmlns = "http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event">
- <System>
<Provider Name = "Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power" Guid = "{331C3B3A-2005-44C2-AC5E-77220C37D6B4}" />
<EventID> 41 </EventID>
<Version> 2 </Version>
<Level> 1 </Level>
<Task> 63 </Task>
<Opcode> 0 </Opcode>
<Keywords> 0x8000000000000002 </Keywords>
<TimeCreated SystemTime = "2019-12-09T17: 13: 51.948821900Z" />
<EventRecordID> 178969 </EventRecordID>
<Correlation />
<Execution ProcessID = "4" ThreadID = "8" />
<Channel> System </Channel>
<Computer> Dungeon-PC </Computer>
<Security UserID = "S-1-5-18" />
</System>
- <EventData>
<Data Name = "BugcheckCode"> 0 </Data>
<Data Name = "BugcheckParameter1"> 0x0 </Data>
<Data Name = "BugcheckParameter2"> 0x0 </Data>
<Data Name = "BugcheckParameter3"> 0x0 </Data>
<Data Name = "BugcheckParameter4"> 0x0 </Data>
<Data Name = "SleepInProgress"> false </Data>
<Data Name = "PowerButtonTimestamp"> 132203851709285641 </Data>
</EventData>
</Event>
Already completely despaired of this trouble and do not really hope for the salvation of my computer.
Maybe I missed some step, or forgot to do something.
I would be extremely grateful for any help.
