Wow HP stopped giving out recovery disc's now too..I always knew those name brand cpu's were bad but wow no restore disc's

They stopped giving them out because the computers they have pre-installed with Windows XP has it on the HDD, so you can just open it and recover you're computer, the problem was I couldn't get to that screen so I needed the recovery discs. Was Windows XP Home really suppose to come with my computer? Because I never got it. If I was suppose to get it I'll call them and get it.
